PROGRAM DETAILS:

TRAINING AND GAMES FOR AGES U7–U12

Our Youth Summer camp outdoor Program is designed to enhance every player’s skill, confidence, and love for the game. Built around the world-renowned Coerver Coaching Methodology, our 10-week (4 days a week – MON – THU) summer camp curriculum focuses on developing complete players through engaging, progressive, and age-appropriate training sessions.

Each session is structured to challenge and improve players across all key areas of soccer development, including:

  • Ball Mastery & Control: Dribbling, passing and receiving, running with the ball, shooting, and shielding.
  • Agility & Athleticism: Balance, coordination, stamina, speed, and quick directional changes.
  • Tactical Awareness: Attacking and defending principles, decision-making, and game intelligence through small-sided play.
  • Character & Team Play: Communication, confidence, respect, and teamwork — on and off the pitch.

    Our objective is to help every player build the technical foundation, tactical understanding, and mindset needed to play with purpose.

    Our Summer Program differs from the spring season as we transition into a camp-based training environment, allowing us to spend more time developing each player in all key areas identified throughout the spring.

    In a typical 1.5-hour session, it can be difficult to isolate specific skills—for example, pulling a player aside to focus on improving their weaker foot using targeted repetition.

    During our camp setting, we have the time and structure to do exactly that.

    This allows our coaches to:
    ● Provide individualized attention
    ● Correct and refine technical details
    ● Focus on repetition and consistency
    ● Accelerate each player’s overall development

    With extended training time, players are able to learn, apply, and improve at a much faster pace.

Players will experience a professional-style training environment focused on discipline, repetition, and performance.

🔥 WEEKLY TRAINING STRUCTURE

DAY 1 – FITNESS & RECOVERY

● Recovery from weekend matches
● Proper technique: push-ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups
● Plyometrics & full-body strength training
● Conditioning and cardio workouts
👉 Strength & Fitness challenges

DAY 2 – BALL MASTERY & TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

● Advanced ball control & footwork
● Using all surfaces of the foot
● 1v1, 2v2 & small-sided games
● Dribbling, fakes & creativity
👉 Focus: Control, confidence, self-expression


DAY 3 – PASSING & MOVEMENT

● Short & long passing
● First touch & air-ball control
● Movement off the ball & timing runs
● Rondo variations to reinforce concepts
👉 Focus: Decision-making & game intelligence


DAY 4 – SHOOTING & FINISHING

● Shooting technique (both feet)
● Crossing & attacking the ball
● Finishing with feet & head
● Competitive shooting drills
👉 Ends with finishing competitions
